購入者情報の記録・管理
購入者様の情報は、法令および適切な管理体制のもとで記録・保管いたします。必要に応じて関係機関への対応に使用される場合があります。
使用および管理責任
ご購入いただいた製品は、日本国内における個人用途としてのみご使用ください。購入後の管理および使用に関する責任は、すべて購入者ご本人に帰属します。
ライセンス品および転売制限
一部製品にはメーカーライセンスが付与されている場合があります。
これらの製品については、エンドユーザー登録が必要となる場合があり、以下の行為を禁止いたします。
フリマサイト（メルカリ等）およびオークションサイト（Yahoo!オークション等）への出品
個人間売買および第三者への譲渡
その他これに準ずる転売行為
なお、エンドユーザー情報の変更が可能な製品については、当店を介した手続きを行うことで売買が可能な場合があります。
違反が確認された場合、ライセンス元（BIS：米国商務省等）への購入者情報の提出を含む対応を行う場合があります。
免責事項
本製品はエアソフト用途への装着を前提としており、加工・擦り合わせ等が必要となる場合があります。その際の破損・不具合について、当店では保証およびサポートを行いません。また、海外製品の特性上、初期傷・初期汚れ等が見られる場合がありますが、これらは初期不良の対象外となります。完璧な外観・品質を求められる方のご購入はご遠慮ください。
同意事項
本規約はすべての購入に適用されます。
ご注文確定時点で、上記すべての内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。規約に違反した場合、必要に応じて然るべき対応を行う場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
The “Real Steel Parts” handled by KMM Custom Works are officially imported products that have been approved by the relevant authorities. All products are imported and sold strictly for use with airsoft guns (replica firearms) only. By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have fully agreed to all terms outlined in this policy.
Customer Information Retention
Customer information is recorded and securely retained in accordance with applicable laws and internal compliance standards.
Such records may be provided to relevant authorities if required by law.
Usage and Responsibility
All products are intended for personal use within Japan only.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the storage, handling, and use of all purchased items.
Licensed Products and Transfer Restrictions
Some products may be subject to manufacturer licensing and end-user registration requirements.
For such products, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Listing on auction platforms (e.g., Yahoo! Auctions)
Listing on marketplace platforms (e.g., Mercari)
Private resale or transfer to third parties
Any other form of unauthorized resale or distribution
Where end-user transfer is permitted, it must be processed exclusively through KMM Custom Works. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including reporting purchaser information to the relevant licensing authorities (e.g., BIS, U.S. Department of Commerce).
Disclaimer
These products are designed for installation on airsoft platforms and may require fitting, modification, or adjustment. We do not provide warranty or support for any damage or issues arising from such modifications. Due to the nature of imported products, minor cosmetic imperfections, scratches, or individual variations may occur. These are not considered defects. Customers who require perfect cosmetic condition are advised not to purchase.
Agreement
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated in this policy. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in the event of any violation of these terms.
